Priority Level Target Response Times Definition
1
  30 minutes   Critical Customer has experienced complete system failure, causing impact to all business operations if service is not restored quickly.
2
  1 Hour   Business Impacting: Customer's production system is severely degraded impacting significant aspects of business operations.
3
  4 Hours   Degraded Performance: System functionality is noticeably impaired but most business operations continue.

  1 Business Day   Information or Advice: Customer requires information or assistance on a product's capabilities, installation or configuration. Changes may be performed remotely or onsite at a mutually scheduled date.
5
  Scheduled Proactive Visit   Proactive Maintenance and Support: Upgrades, configuration assistance and advice to be performed during a regularly scheduled proactive maintenance visit.
