SecurAccess from SecurEnvoy allows organisations to provide remote staff with industry standard two factor authentication without the pain and cost of deploying legacy hardware tokens. The server software can be installed on any existing Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 server and supports virtual environments such as VMWare and HyperV.

SecurEnvoy SecurAccess is simple to use. Just read the pre-existing 6 digit passcode from your mobile phone SMS text store and enter it along with your UserID and PIN.
Pre-sending the next required passcode after authentication gives plenty of time for the user to receive the next 6 digit passcode. If the end user’s mobile phone is temporarily out of range, switched off, or the mobile phone provider is busy, the SMS message is stored and re-tried regularly for typically up to 4 days until it is successfully sent to the user’s phone.

SecurICE provides clients with the ability to turn on strong, two-factor authentication for all users in the event of an emergency. The user’s existing Microsoft password is the first factor, and a passcode sent to the user’s mobile phone is the second. There is no need for the user to enrol and remember an additional PIN, and no need for extra tokens or smartcards – the perfect emergency two-factor authentication system.
